When you submit to sign-up through our website to receive our letters, we collect and store the following information: The first and last name you submit as well as the email address you submit.

 

If you contact August Storm Bruun directly using the email address asb@stormbruuncapital.com seeking information related to the fund, we may collect your name, email address, and any other information you provide in your message.

 

From investors in the fund, we may additionally collect information required by law to determine your status as a professional or semi-professional investor based in Denmark, as well as to comply with other legal obligations such as anti-money laundering checks.

If you contact us directly, we may store the information provided by you to be able to document that you initiated an inquiry with us.

 

If you sign-up to receive our letters, we may store the information provided by you to document that you have inquired to receive our letters.

However, if you have acknowledged that you are a professional or semi-professional investor based in Denmark and that you furthermore wish to receive updates related to the fund such as our letters, we may store your contact information in order to send these updates to you.

We may share your personal data with regulatory authorities having jurisdiction over such data, such as “Finanstilsynet” or relevant tax authorities.

 

We may also share your personal data with professional advisors where necessary or required by law, such as lawyers or accountants who provide a service to the fund.

 

We may also share you personal data with IT hosting providers used by this website, such as Wix.

 

We may also share your personal data with Storm Bruun Management ApS, as the manager of the fund.

 

We do not sell your personal data, and sharing of your personal data is limited to what is necessary.

Personal data is retained throughout the period where you are invested in the fund, and some personal data will be retained after you cease to be an investor in the fund.
